I think these are the same guys who manufacture for the ebay stores from china. I've tried contacting them before (maybe a year or two ago) but they wouldn't sell me just one. If i remember right minimum order is something like 20 pcs? I'm not sure anymore.

>> I asked for a price list or catalogue and a minimum order. this is what I got. Strangely this seems more expensive - Is there a protocol (like haggling?).

yes but for a minimum order of 20 sets? maybe we can start a poll and see what equipment we all need that we can order 20 of? or if you really want, this could be a start for your web business, justin?

labradorActually i have an ok job lol The web business is more of a charity. I just hate to see good talent go to waste. Actually I have nothing to earn from it, even indirectly I still have the calling cards of the programmers who are interested in making a e-commerce portal for the tailors where they only get paid per commission. I started looking into the china suppliers because I saw a pretty decent plastic replica for $12 and thought I might want to cut out the middle man. I thought $12 replicas are not cost efficient made in the states, in China it is. I was actually clicking on a lead for plastic helms when "surprise" it happens to be metal lol. I noticed he didn't mention how much the helms cost by themselves. I have yet to know how much that would cost to be delivered here. Hopefully i can find out how much shipping costs. This makes me wish my "vacation" with my in-laws is to china not singapore.

count me in. It'd be great to buy cheap gears from China. Actually our printers are being manufactured there too. Then we label them Lexmark and market them worlwide. That way we get cheap labor and other value added engineering costs.

Count me in for M42 stalhelm.
Also looking for german entranching tool with carrier, eihandgrenaten (egg grenades), and m38 or 40 blurred edge pattern camouflage smocks and helmet covers and Wehrmacht infantry officer's crusher cap.
Will bite if the price is right.
Other things you might want to inquire about:
M1929 US X strap suspenders (a lot looking for these) US khaki pistol belt. ( I'm looking for one as well) US canteens
M249, Vandal and Botalo from cebu have been looking for X straps to no avail. Sonia from india doesn't have them.
