Here's my basic British infantry impression: Kit list: Pattern37 Battle Dress Uniform (summer) - locally made Pattern37 webbing: ammo pouches, small pack, canteen Leather Mauser C96 holster -locally made German gaiters Leather combat boots fiberglass and leather Tommy helmet - locally made SMLE rifle Bathala's Shoot and Scoot Bren Mk2 "private purchase" Mauser C96 pistol (by HuangHe) Notes: The fabric used (based on reference pics i provided) is too light and khaki. I was hoping it would be less green and more brown. It's also a little shiny with flash...I thought the color of the summer BD was almost the same as the ETO BD but it's much too green for my taste...will see what i can do to improve this...

Try to dye it w/ brown color to catch up w/ the colors..... currently looks more like a KD rather than a BD

I was tempted but hesitant to try dying it brown. Then i was tempted to just go ahead and buy the wool uniform from spearhead militaria...then realized that i can just have jun ray make it again with corrections three times over and it will still be cheaper than spearhead. So watch this space, will post improved pics soon.
