Maybe we can improve on team communications during the game. Im not so concerned about winning but rather looking "authentic" while we play. Meaning, basic maneuvers, firing from the hip and sorts ha ha. Yes its not going to make us win, but Im sure we will have so much fun playing.
Remember, Airsoft tactics does not call for too much schooling. Its really more of pumping out the most ammo to keep the heads of the enemy down while team mates move to better positions. I say, we stock up on spare mags for max ammo on field. Personally, I carry 6 mags for my Tommy. As for upgrading, most of the gamesites we play in are fairly small. Though km18 is wide, the jungle does not really allow long range shots. We can shoot our stock guns just about the same effective range as an upgraded one. The thing is, we wont be hurting them as much. So upgrades dont matter much.
We can improve on commmunications by practicing: 1. Covering fire 2. Suppressing or concentrated fire on a target 3. Buddy system communication 4. Hand signals 5. Pre game team organization
Most importantly spray and pray and die like a squiggly worm ha ha ha

Pumba yes with those tactics said I'm pretty sure we would be more effective I think it boils down to team work and team communications for effectivity in the field. Hahaha I'm very exited this coming November on our game. Effective communication and tactics from a bunch of blokes with full world war two battle gear is a sight to see. Damn proud to be a part of it.

As for gun upgrades, there is a place in Quiapo beside the overpass behind the church that has the word GLOBAL. They sell them at 15% less to a third the price in stores. Guarder Springs for 300php for instance and TU lipoly for a cost roughly less or equal to their mA. They have parts brands element, Prometheus, J.G works, CA, Dboys etc. While I was there were a lot of discerning buyers who seemed like airsmiths going through the wares and haggling.
Other than spring upgrades which wears down the gears, upgrading the compression is a more expensive but cost effective over a time use of the gears. Although replacement gears would be much cheaper there at 700 (w/o haggling).

That must be the place that Opoy's gunsmith had in mind when he told me he had to go to 'Manila' to get parts.
