Here's my Ardennes offensive Fallschirmjager impression: Kit list: M38 helmet - paintjob by labrador, chicken wire by me 3rd type Jump smock in marsh44 pattern Leather gloves (P50 from Winter House in Cartimar ) EM leather belt (need to change heer buckle to luftwaffe) Heer Y-straps (FJ did use the Heer Y-straps as well) Leather "jump boots" (Modern ro-search leather combat boots from sir snakeskin) WE P08 luger with hard shell holster MP44 magazine pouch Original breadbag swiss canteen AGM MP44 Here's shot of the M38 helmet. Got it from ACG topgear Paint job by albert - i weathered it a little more and darkened everything a little with a very light coat of salak brown spray-on woodstain. I made the chicken wire myself with a spool of wire i had lying around. Took me about 2 hours to make that small piece. If anyone attempts this i strongly suggest wearing eye protection!

I forgot to mention the great decals from labrador as well. They look authentic.

Thanks guys. Albert did most of the paint and texture work on the helmet. I just did the chicken wire basket...at the cost of a few thousand skin cells.

I really like the wire-covered helmet, there's something so mad max, gothic and teutonic about it. I'll try to look for extra wire mesh of that type from a friend.
