Spot on jim! I just think the pants should be a bit more brown but other than that not bad at all.

Yup! The pants should be brown with a huge cargo pocket on the left thigh. The shoes should be black too. And i'm using german gaiters. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) These are the things i still have to caoorect in the future.

Some comments: Smock seems to short, Web gear should be Blanco greened, black boots... besides that an awsome impression start.

Is the Denison the Belgian type? 'Cause I read they were shorter than the Brit one.

It could be a belgian denison. The pattern is a little different. Aside from the length, it fits me perfectly. Anyway it was a steal at $45usd! Most repros cost around 100+usd and this one is original. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) I know i need to blanco the webbing...maybe i could just dye it or paint it in the future. Aside from the stuff being hard to find, it reportedly leaves stains on the uniform as well.

Apparently the belgian denison smock is the same cut as the british 2nd pattern denison.
