Hey guys how are you? I need some help regarding the webgear below.

I was just wondering if anyone here know where I can have this made locally? This webgear costs $249 dollars. And I believe this is too much for me. Can Mang Ner do this whole set for me? If so please give me his number because I'd like to have this made locally. thanks!
