Why not do what some low cost dragon 1/6 scale action figures do, its just a collar and some minimal fabric like a bib... that would be sure the temperatures down during a game with the smock... and once removed... you guys can moonlight for chip n' dales  .... arrgghhh...mental image...full monty ....

Hi Toym. I ran the bib idea through jun ray and mang ner before and they said the fabric would just ride up all over the place when you move around. So then i considered a bib with strings to secure it around your body (got the idea from one of my baby's bibs haha) but it was just going to be too weird looking. Remember, you've still got to put this on in front of people...haha.

Don't forget the studs on the leather version...parumpum. Actually, these are allowed by some british reenacting circles. They are called "dickies". I was thinking of having junrey add collars to long sleeve grey green collared t-shirts (like football jerseys).
