I'm pretty sure many of you guys know what i'm talking about. The much vaunted ICS garand prototype made its first appearance at the shot show in vegas...under glass....NO TOUCH. let down no. 1 Its a prototype of a prototype!!! (methinks this is merely a marushin garand displayed under glass to prevent last years G&G 98K fiasco where punters handling the gun found a tanaka trademark!!!! - this means it will not be ready in feb as previously claimed. are we looking at another BAR clone here???. Let down no. 2...ITS bloody 8mm. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING!!! ??...i guess they just want us to have an electric marushin...pray, do the parts wriggle and come loose as well? Let down no. 3 loaded through the gas tube. they may as well have given us a copy of 2nd bats excellent m14 mod!!!!!!! Let down no.4 200 plus fps. I'm speechless. Now, let me get off my high horse. here is ICS's facebook page: www.facebook.com/ICSairsoftgunI have put in a polite request for them to see the error of their ways and go 6mm with a 15-30rd. mag shooting 400-450 fps. I know they're not going to listen, but what the heck. pile on. maybe they'll listen when they notice how many WW2 airsofters there actually are in the world. the 50 over in this country might as well help out. sighhhhh.

Maybe Japanese laws forbid airsoft guns over 250fps? I understand legal fps limits are even lower in Korea.
Perhaps...after ICS launches their version of the Garand, the Chinese will "correct" whatever shortcomings are inevitable...

Apparently they've backtracked on the 8mm decision, whether it was the public outcry or other reason's we'll never know. I'm just thankful it's not a GBB!
