since most of the german soldiers during ww2 do anything to put a camo pattern on their helmets because of lack of supplies for a helm cover. here are some samples to inspire our kamerads in our ww2aaa community all of these helmets are the real deal from all fronts. tiger pattern WH (look how thick the paint applied on this one) scratch pattern DAK. intended scratches on helm. 3 color normandy 2 color italian front FJ 2 color FJ 3 color normandy wire mesh WL WH 3 color with mesh WH straw netting sack material

WH 3 color with mesh I just love German helmets with the chicken wire mesh. Definitely Bad A$$.

let me guess.. painting youre new m38 FJ helm? hehehe.. cant wait to see you guys on that gear. i look realy fat on my brothers fj helmet thats why i still love my m35!hehe

probably my spanish helmet first. gan't decide whether field blue with a top coat of mud or standard tunisia tropical.
