My friend told me to try their sumptuous boneless pata and since I guess I'm already captivated by medics sizzling description of their specials it's definitely a go for me and my wife.
What if we suggest to the manager that we reserve a room for 10. Then if its okay bring in another small table but charge us 500 per...say for 13? I don't think he will refuse that. Its a little cramp but everyone is happy. He'll sell the room for 1500 bucks more but his guests are not complaining. And another perfect excuse to wear our uniforms and have our wives (or girlfriends) beaming beside us.
What do you think guys?

Romski, there's no room for an extra table in the small function room. And outside the door is the upstairs landing already. And yes, the boneless pata is highly recommended by the manager. Cost effective too, since it can serve 3-4.

So far 13 confirmed in muster. Looks like we'll have to stick to the main dining area unless they allow more than 10 to pack in the function room. TV crew waiting for my call but if we don't have a private room I'll have to cancel. Teaser: By cesarphotos at 2011-06-29 Crispy canton in the background, Flying tilapia up front. The manager considers me a preferred customer now, heh heh.

Gentlemen, as of now we are 13 confirmed, not enough for the big function room. So I just reserved an area in the main dining room for the group, and we order a la carte. It might actually end up costing less for us in the long run. I will cancel the TV crew. My contribution will be a 3 liter jug of Chilean red wine, and let's just share the P300 corkage. Albert will bring a bottle of sparkling wine for toasting purposes, and let's shoulder the corkage for that as well. The restaurant has been duly notified. All systems are go.

I got permission to have the TV interview done in the open air area! Sent email to the TV contact for the request. Let's hope for the best!

See you later tonight gents. Looks like Albert's place will be the meet up point before 6 pm. Jojo N. has the US flag, Perry has the Commonwealth and early Philippine flag, I think Jojo D. has the PS flag. I have a modern Philippine flag as well.
This just in: ABC will send a news crew! Be early!

They gave us the private function room with no pre-set charges! I think they want us hidden from view.
