it may be interesting to check out the thrift shops in the Cubao area every once in a while... This morning I was able to buy a original WW2 US M-1943 Field Jacket (also used by US Paratroopers in Market-Garden) for Php 600,00. The seller said he originally had 3, but the other 2 were sold last week.

Manufactured by the South River Coat Co. Tag is faded so it's hard to read but can still make out the 1944 date.

Shops selling antiques. its a ww2 item. dirty and dented though.
