I'm not sure why but I'm having lots of problem logging onto FAS these days... How about you guys?

I thought maybe it was just Hong Kong. BTW, thanks for the Typhoon you just sent to us... I can go home early (maybe).
I guess let the other Band of Brothers know to log on here in a time of FAS crisis such as this.

Just found out that we have this site...great alternative for us.
Same problem here, can't open FAS. Anyway, this ain't new. It's always been the problem when logging in at FAS.

Thanks for putting this up, kalbs! Now i can have my daily WW2 fix even with FAS down. Could it be traffic?

Thanks for putting this up, kalbs! Now i can have my daily WW2 fix even with FAS down. Could it be traffic? I thought it would be easier for the Asia WW2 fans to have a focus and home. Please all, let me and other GMP's know how to make this site better suit our needs. Eventually I will ask sir Obet to create a link on FAS. I would like WW2 fans from all parts of Asia and elsewhere join us. I will eventually announce the site on other WW2 web boards. I wish to keep the site in a positive tone without the so called "Experts" being negative. We all have limited budgets and are here for fun. Yes, comments on making someones impression better are encouraged but calling someone FARB or being a plain A$$-0 will not be tolerated. Everyone who has signed up so far I would consider our Vets. I'm thinking how to do an award system but Proboards is a bit limited on that. Maybe in the signature...Ideas are appreciated |

Let me help you Kalbs to announce this site to BMTU. I bet there will be more enthusiast willing to join. After all they've seen on Philippine Scouts. Please do Joshua. We may need BMTU to assist in turning the Quarry into Normandy. One-zero and Joseph will earn that Axis ETO ribbon for sure. Both have full SS gear now. We have enough gear and uniform for one more SS Scuhtz |

Report on FAS and why it's having problems:
"The server is currently under a very heavy syn flood DDOS, we are exploring options to filter it, however an attack such as this is difficult to filter. We will update on our progress shortly."

yes lets create a link in FAS to this site. This way other ww2 impressionists will know where to go. I think the ww2 thread in FAS is a bit hard to find

The FAS server is in the US so I don't think it has anything to do with the gun bill.
Pumba, maybe start a thread in the Recuitment board n te Newbie section looking for team mates at the same time link the site. That's allowed. I'm the MP there so it shouldn't come from me.
