Why are most people so sensitive towards the whole Hitler thing but do not cringe at the sight of a guy dressed in Japanese militaria? Discuss Attachments:

In my opinion, I think it's because under Hitler, killing people became a State Policy. The Germans built concentration camps which are basically death factories. People come in, get sorted, sent to gas chambers, then the bodies are cremated. Imagine that? A factory that produced nothing but death. Hitler's sole purpose was to kill a whole race!
The Japanese were brutal in their treatment of civilians and prisoners. As in the case of Nangking and also the infamous Death March. The killing was not as methodical as the Germans did.
Of course, my claims are too generalistic. It wasn't all the Germans per se, or all the Japanese. It was a select group of personnel.
When you say Hitler, "Holocaust" comes to mind, which also translates to "6 Million Dead Jews". Compare that to the attrocities commited by Tojo's troops. Hundreds of thousands as opposed to millions.
Anyway, just my thought.
