Another way is using Rubber Cement, this peals off easy

is it the dubbing motion or just put the rubber cement before you spray the paint?

before you spray bro. once the paint id dry rub it all off then do a little sanding and weathering

copy that! m planning to repaint my m35 the same manner you posted here..the actual color is darkgreen so to add accent n it dark yellow or feldgrau will work..danke sir kalbs!

Practice on another object metal object first. Paint types vary so the results may be different

Painting the helmet is addictive! I wish there was snow here in the philippines just so i can have white wash helmet too. So far, i have my feldgrau m35, and my DAK/Normandy M42. I want more but can't afford it. hehehe.

right on that! just watch out for the fumes if your dealing with aerosols..hehehe.. im done repainting my m35.. ive used rock salt it turned out akward after i have remove the salt after painting.. it over all dunkelgelb or dark yellow.. ill try to retouch the thing once i have the redbrown for the normandy camo..

My paint job...from FAS Before After Also my M38 fallschirmjager helmet I used mostly Tamiya spray paints and some scratches from fine sand paper.
