Thanks for posting Albert, The other items you see besides the gas masks are more personal items to augment the impressions I'm working on, like the gas mask canisters which are clones of your canister, dents and all : ). been testing the fits and doing design adjustments before passing over the prototypes to a more legit airsoft mask fabricator- TAKAP LUPA (Magdalo mask fame) and who are exporting to Evike.com and other markets in the U.S. and Japan, they make fantastic masks at 600fps rating. I'll be sure ask them a special discount for our members in the forum.
I'll try to order a canister that's less battle damage to cast again, and yes those are MP44's dummy magazines which hopefuly we will develop into bb canisters.
I've made a lighter fiberglass M1 helmet for my son the Krautklrz : ) he keeps complaining how heavy the real still is.
There are two variations of the U.S. gas mask, an earlier chin tube assembly and the D-Day version.
There are also two variations of the human face masks, for the allies- normal snug googles and a german DAK leather goggles impression. all of the above are wire mesh.
I won't be selling them personally, just wanted to develop the designs to encourage the mask makers (my personal friends) to develop and make them available the soonest possible time.
As for the other items, I wont be fabricating helmets , but the canteens, canister, belt buckle, and more recently the german dagger can be ordered directly to my studio staff, and I assure our forum members they will be much lower in price than what's commercially available.
I am leaving for the states next week, but the items will be worked out with the staff I will be leaving behind (these are the guys who play with us at Km 18).
Will post another set of pictures on the finished prototypes (u.s gas masks and others)

I agree, this is great stuff Toyman. I really like the gas mask. By the way, i think you know a friend of mine- his name is Gino Simpliciano. He saw our last alpadi pictures; he says 'hi' and hopes you are doing well.

Very cool. Gas masks, helmets, canisters and canteens are a great idea. It would be interesting if "odd" guns could be made like a Bren shell that fits over say an M249.
Very nice bro

mournblade, hope dogmeat has some more of those smoke bombs- your idea sounds good.
Thanks Kalbs, actually the idea of creating the lesser commercially available "odd" guns did come up in some discussions-- a Bren would be awesome, we thought of also entertaining the idea of creating an mG42 or a vickers shell, am not much into gun smithing, I can only develop superficial shells, these would great projects to develop.

Was thinking that a fiberglass buttstock and handguard is what i need for an FG42 project i'm conceptualizing:

I have Lewis gun plans if you want them. That would be a good one for early war stuff. Hold off on the MG42, I think that one will be released soon from Hong Kong.

jim, i'll give you a bulk of studio clay-- just mold whatever you need and turn them over to my staff and we can make the fiberglass version for your project, just do half half so it'll be easy to detail and cast. lets discuss on sunday.
kalbs, you got me interested, been thinking on a project to do while i'm away, how can I get hold of the plans? ...and thanks for the info-- i'll hold off on the mg42.
