Here are the insignia from hiki. Breast eagle is OK. Cuff title is too "disco" with the shiny-glittery lettering. Collar tabs he gave me were of the same side so i kept the late war litzen on for now. Fortunately i have another pair of more accurate litzen in the mail from the guy in macau. Here are the breeches after the first wash. They are still shiny...any one know how to get rid of the shine fast?

is the breast eagle a bevo, jim i think when you wash it try to rub a thicker cloth against it with soap, maybe it should take several washes to get rid of the shine.

According to the tailor, he used american cotton twill. Hopefully the shine will fade after a few more washings. Any luck with the others who had uniforms made?

I hope JN your stuff is more on the olive side and not so tan. The color of Docs tunic looks good, pants look a bit on the tan side but that will be okay one they dull up a bit I guess. They will look sun worn

i have the same as jims breeches from a common tailor , that's the only available material here, the shade is similar to the tunic from hiki on actual. the reason why its looks lighter in the pic is because of the shine texture of it, i would like a worn out one so i guest ill wash it to death ha ha.

That makes sense. I'm sure after a few washes it will look great

Hey guys, the litzen and insignia ebay seller from macau, belohenrique, has the DAK breast eagle in stock. It's not listed, but he emailed me that they are available.
