Lets do a DAK shot in the future, maybe after the gun band, i know some of you have it already, would be great if some one can lend his DAK tunic so we can have uniformity in shade anyway we have a common tailor to make for us. Pls post more sample of uniforms for others to chose on. for a start, i would like to have this impression, but maybe use the steel helmet instead of the pit, additional info on this is welcome.

Here's mine: been planning this for ages. Luftwaffe soldier with the elite hermann goring division. the uniform can also be converted to arab paratroopers of sonderverband 288. At least i'll have the right skin color.

It would be ideal to shoot this in la union, but i'm sure the pampanga lahar plains would be fine.

I do have the canvas y-straps, but I'm still concentrating on my continental gear. I'm not really complete yet. Sorry.

No need to be sorry man...It's a hobby! besides, we've probably got over 6 months to work on it. Meanwhile i'll be scouting locations for other shoots, desert or otherwise...Me, i'm wondering if they used green ammunition pouches at all in afrika. Uh oh.

I can lend my DAK tunic. Tho it has continental insignia. I plan to keep the generic litzen tho....so i can use it for eastern front impressions as well. Maybe the DAK chest eagle can be locally made?

Jnmodellers fiberglass m35 helmets will come in handy for DAK.

Make sure you look at the details. Note the breast eagle laps the top of the pocket flap. This was done on purpose
