Some promising news: Some gamesites are offering onsite AEG storage! You can leave your gun/guns at the private gamesite's lockers so you won't need to transport them. Gun ban loophole! But you have to choose the right gamesite though. So far, these are the gamesites offering the service: 1) Camp First Strike, Bacoor Cavite (end of Coastal Road) - field, speedball, cqb 2) Airsoft Armory, Pasay, across domestic airport - indoor cqb 3) MaxSports, Caloocan - indoor cqb, speedball, field
Another option would be to leave guns in several sites....haha.
Personally, i'd like to wait and see first...but i hope i don't run out of storage slots.

According to this new resolution (comelec resolution no.8742), promulgated last Jan.11,2010, ' In the case of sale of firearms, the transport or delivery of the same shall be done by the authorized dealer itself on a oneway basis directly to the address of the buyer within twenty four (24) hours. Likewise, the transport or delivery of firearms and spare parts for export to seaports on a one-way basis; or the transport or delivery of imported parts, spare parts and other raw materials used in the manufacturing of firearms directly to the manufacturing facility of licensed manufacturer, with prior notice to the Commission, shall be authorized." comelec.files.wordpress.com/2010/01/com_res_8742.pdfIt looks like we can buy AEGs but the AFAD accredited shops have to deliver them. I'm not sure if we can take them home ourselves....

For me, I'm in hibernate mode for my airsofting. Been back to my old sport to keep fit, safe from this gunban.

I'm joining a cosplay event in our school on the 30th. Does anybody know how I can get around the gun ban (The event, by the way, is until the evening)? Otherwise I have to be content with a CAT dummy rifle as my K98.

I'd suggest you play it safe. Too much trouble getting caught.

Whats your old sport? just curious. Hahaha, I've been skateboarding 12-13 years longer than my airsoft career. I only semi-retired when I got married...well I'm back again rolling around in front of our house to stay fit and lose some belly fats. ;D

Most of us have been collecting gear instead. But i've been getting by with a few gunshops that deliver and some clandestine meet ups for trades. I'd really like to buy the hexagon or ares ppsh when it comes out but i'm short of funds right now and they're really expensive. I'm still hoping an ACM version will come out soon after. So, since i already have one, i'll try to just wait for a cheaper version to appear. BTT, i drive all around to get to my clinics so i kind of know when and where checkpoints appear. So far i've transported 2 guns safely. But these were only short trips.
