That is amazing! I've got to find someone locally who can do the CNC cutting and provide the boards!!! What exactly did you have to modify in the Viva/AGM Sten? Hopefully the mods aren't permanent so you can convert back to the sten anytime.

I will however need to eventually cut off the rear and front sights and modify the trigger guard. I will do that last and only if I'm happy with the rest of the model. I have an AGM Sten (which I like more as a Sten) too so not worried. The good thing is now I can use a bigger battery in the rear stock. |

Thanks for the kind words guys. I'm still not 100% happy with the stock finish or shape so I will sand it down, re-shape and apply another faux finish. This was my first attempt and I think I want it lighter and less grainy. Below are some of the detail parts I used.  |

With the stock reshaped and re-fauxed and applied the final detail pieces I gave it a test fire. With the AK stick 11.1v lipoly I'm getting a respectable 340 fps on a pdi 170. Here she is in her glory...  large scale photo: www.pbase.com/kalbs/image/118922889/original.jpg |
