Found this... GENERAL AND FLAG OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINES (1896-1983), Copyright 1983. Very interesting and informative. Has even those that served during the Revolutionary War. It's a pretty big and thick book.

Page from the book. Very good info... Schools and military education/ courses taken, dates of promotion, assignments, medals & decorations received.

This guy is interesting... Before he ended his career as a Navy Commodore He was the CO of the PAAC (Philippine Army Air Corps, old name during WW2 before it became the PAF) on Corregidor in 1942 (must have been right before it fell).
