You may wish to consider modifying the vent holes. I have a real M-35 and the vents do not look like that. If you want it to be more accurate, that is.

Thanks darktide, i notice that already, but i decided not to redo my steel repro and redoing it on the prototype is easyier but casting it again or modifying one by one will just add to the cost, or i can make the hole bigger. Ill leave it to the hobbyist to modify or not on his desire version, just like a model kit. heres some of the vent as reference.

Yes, the insertable vents in the pics of your last post are correct, they are like the ones on my M-35. Had I known you needed a real M-35 to copy I could have lent you mine. Which type of liner are you copying? There were several. Btw, I have some repro German helmet decals which I'm not using, if anyone needs them. I got them from "At The Front Militaria" many years ago.

Nicely done JN, what will the price point be? Also, what shell size is it, 68?

Is your m35 a china repro? If it is it's most likely a shell size 68. I've always wanted a larger size, say size 70 for my big head. I wonder if it's possible for your fiberglasser to make a bigger size...hehe. Or i should work out and diet to loose the d@#m face fat.
